In your MS Teams account go to the 'Apps' section:
At the bottom choose 'Manage your apps':
Then, choose 'Publish an app':
and the 'Upload a custom app' option:
Upload the app package you downloaded from your Aurinko app, click 'Add to a Team'. The app should be installed and you'll see 'Aurinko' tab!
